The 128th Syndicate Meeting of CUET held
The 128th Syndicate meeting of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) was held in the Syndicate Room of the university on Tuesday. The Syndicate chairman and Vice- Chancellor of CUET Dr. Mohammad Rafiqul Alam presided over the meeting.
The dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Professor Dr. Md. Moinul Islam; Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology Dr. Sunil Dhar; Director of the Bureau of Research, Testing and Consultation (BRTC) Prof. Dr. Md. Mahbubul Alam; Director of Student Welfare Prof. Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim; Professor of Chemistry Department of CUET Dr. Ranjit Kumar Sutradhar; Professor of Accounting and Information Systems Department of Chittagong University Dr. Sultan Ahmad; Professor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) Dr. Md. Rezaul Karim participated in the meeting.
Besides, Chittagong Divisional Commissioner Md. Ashraf Uddin and Secondary and Higher Education Department Additional Secretary (Development) Belayet Hossain Talukder were connected online. At the beginning of the meeting, Syndicate Chairman and Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Mohammad Rafiqul Alam, CUET Syndicate's new five honorable members Dean of Civil Engineering Faculty of CUET Prof. Dr. Md. Moinul Islam; Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology Dr. Sunil Dhar; Chairman of Chattogram Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Professor Mustafa Kamrul Akhtar; Professor of Computer Science and Engineering Department of CUET Dr. Muhammad Ibrahim Khan and the Dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and the University Registrar (Additional Duty) Professor Dr. Sheikh Mohammad Humayun Kabir were received with warm greetings as the Syndicate Secretary.
